Yes: 12 pieces per order. Mix any products, colors and sizes to reach it (for example 5 polos, 4 caps and 3 t-shirts).
Each garment costs the garment price shown in the shop plus $8.00 ($15.00 for Full front and Full back) per embroidery placement on that garment. Shop and product pages show a "from" price: the lowest-priced size with one placement. You see the full total, with shipping and sales tax, at checkout before you pay.
Yes. Send us your logo; we prepare it for embroidery and confirm with you before production.
With a quote request you can upload up to 3 artwork files: PNG, JPG or PDF, up to 3 MB each. No file yet? You can send it later by email.
We reply within 24–48 hours with pricing and timing for your order.
We review every artwork first, and production time is confirmed after that review. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering.
Orders ship by UPS Ground at the live rate for your address, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico, but not to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. You can also pick up your order for free at our Roswell, GA shop.
We charge 7.75% sales tax on pickup orders and on orders delivered to Georgia. Shipping is not taxed, and orders delivered outside Georgia are not charged sales tax.
Custom items are made to order for you and are final sale. The exception is our own error, such as a misprint, the wrong item or a defective garment: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint, replace, or refund it. The Return Policy has the full terms.
Yes, for a full refund with no fee, any time before production starts: call or email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Screen printing is available by quote only, not through online checkout, and is quoted per order.
